FRESH TRENDS: SUMMER 2013 COLORFUL BEACHWEAR TENDANCES

When I think about bikini, the first image that reappears to my mind is that of the ethereal Bond girl Ursula Andress. Magnificent, sculptural, an icon of style and elegance.
To become the muse of the beach and avoid the risk of feeling like a fish out of water, this week my FRESH TRENDS will give youan overview of beachwear trends 2013.

Swimsuit will be the swimwear for excellence of the entire summer. You know, sometimes it is more intriguing to hide than show, and the charm of the one-piece swimsuit is a timeless classic. The themes are the most varied: bon ton, sporty, total color, floral, animal, printings ... there is something for every mood!

For bikini lovers, however, absolutely choose the bandeau top. Padded, contoured, bicolored, in fantasy or with applications. Nuances that follow nature, from the water green to the emerald green, passing through the powder and strawberry red. Per le amanti del bikini, invece, puntate assolutamente sul top a fascia. Imbottita, sagomata, bicolore, in fantasia o con applicazioni. Sfumature che  seguono la natura, dal verde acqua allo smeraldo, passando per il cipria ed il rosso fragola. WALKING DOWN THE STREET

Here I am little fashionistas, as I detailed in my Fresh Trends recently, this year prints are one of the trends spotted around the streets of the city. In this sunny afternoon I decided to wear  pants in b&w print matched with a top with appliqués and to emphasize contrasts with a yellow fluorescent jacket. Obviously, my Seventies sunglasses by Asos.

Eccomi qui, giovani fashioniste! Come avevo approfondito nei miei Fresh Trends poco tempo fa,  quest'anno le stampe sono una delle tendenze più avvistate in giro per le strade delle città. Ho deciso di indossare per il mio sunny afternoon un pantalone in stampa b&w abbinato a un top con applique e valorizzare i contrasti con una giacca color giallo fluo. CELEBRATING LOOKS: OLIVIA PALERMO

Here I am again with the section Celebrating Looks!

Let's talk about Street Style: today the protagonist is the wonderful Olivia Palermo!

The fashion icon has been spotted for a walk in NYC showing off a pair of shorts created by the brand Milly for Banana Republic, matched with white shirt, black blazer, patent leather brogues shoes and tote bag Givenchy Antigona.

A formal outfit, definitely toned down by the printed shorts, which give it an easier touch to the daily look! 

After a careful research around the web on my favorite online shops, I recreated the look of Olivia in a less expensive version, but not less effective! Here they are in detail...

FRESH TRENDS: OCEAN BLUE

Yves Klein would be proud.

It looks like a tribute to the renowned artist, the palette of blue painted on the catwalk this season. "The perfect color", ultramarine blue, which he renamed Blue Klein, this year is back in vogue and it is proposed to replace the black.

Always associated with the aristocracy, the blue color represents elegance and refinement, and embodies the ideals of infinite and depth. The color of the soul, linked to loyalty, purity and sensitivity.

Variegated in nuanche ranging from electric, cobalt and Prussian blue, the blue mood characterizes outerwear, clothes and accessories. This is my selection of pieces absolutely irresistible!

Yves Klein  ne sarebbe fiero. 

Sembra un tributo al celebre artista la tavolozza di blu dipinta in passerella questa stagione. "Il colore perfetto", il blu oltremare, da lui ribattezzato Blue Klein, quest'anno è tornato in gran voga e si propone in sostituzione del nero. 

Da sempre associato alla nobiltà, il colore blu rappresenta l'eleganza e la raffinatezza e racchiude in sè gli ideali di infinito e di profondità. Il colore dell'anima, legato alla lealtà, alla purezza e alla sensibilità.

DARING COLORS

Today the sun has turned up again and I decided to show off bright colors and a very summery look!
If I lived in a city where there's the sun 365 days a year, for example in Miami, I would definitely wear always colors for my outfit, but creativity is also adapting to the temperatures at which we are "forced" and not being influenced too!
A simple look but of strong impact, colors always give an edge to the clothes that we wear, especially if you dare and if you mix together prints (or pain colors) without fear of exaggeration!
Style is never "too much", it's weird, original, brand new ... but it is part of us!
So dare always, and if you feel comfortable, you will never be wrong!

Oggi il sole si è rifatto vivo e ho deciso di sfoggiare colori sgargianti e un look molto estivo!
Se vivessi 365 giorni l'anno al sole, per esempio a Miami, prediligerei sicuramente i colori per i miei outfit ma la creatività consiste anche nell'adattarsi alle temperature a cui siamo "costretti" e non farsi condizionare troppo!
Un look semplice ma d'impatto, i colori danno sempre una marcia in più ai capi che indossiamo, soprattutto se si osa e se si mixano tra loro stampe (o tinte unite) senza paura di esagerare!
Lo stile non è mai "esagerato", è bizzarro, originale, nuovo... ma fa parte di noi!
Quindi osate sempre e, se vi sentite a vostro agio, non sbaglierete mai!
